Music and movement will take over the Craig Ranch Fitness + Spa backyard this April for the club’s inaugural Outdoor Movement Concert, a one-of-a-kind, exercise experience featuring live music and a crawl of unique interactive stations. Open to everyone and completely free, keeping locals moving with walk-up group exercise classes surrounded by come-and-go well-being interactive stations including yoga and pilates on the pool deck. After a high-energy welcome rally, guests will have the opportunity to experience movement in a variety of different formats…all culminating in a FIRE finale with one of McKinney’s hottest DJs. Community partners will be providing local delectable bites and beverages including Tupps Brewery, Fresh Mex, Jeremiah's Italian Ice, and Cocktail Creamery. CRFS is creating a movement of movement, giving participants a place to move, recover, and learn how to live in the movement.
