  1. Texas to California and Back Again: The Paintings of Teresa Krieger

    May 26, 2017 - May 28, 2017, All Day

    An impressionistic interpretation of the beauty and uniqueness of the lone star state of Texas and the golden shores of California. The 1-2-1 Visiting Artist Program is a part of the Arts and Music Guild and takes art teachers/facilitators and supplies to residents in skilled nursing facilities for weekly art instruction one-on-one. Several works of these special art students, as well as the artists and volunteers who work with them, will be shown in conjunction with Teresa Krieger's exhibit. Teresa is a 1-2-1 art teacher.

  3. Coppélia, a classical ballet presented by Youth Ballet of Texas

    Youth Ballet of Texas presents the 4th ballet of their 2016/17 season, the delightful classic ballet, Coppélia. This tale of misguided magic, mischief and true love, has delighted generations of ballet lovers. Don’t miss this fully-produced, full-length production made possible in part through a grant from the McKinney Arts Commission. Portions of the proceeds go to our Dance into Tomorrow campaign, which provides scholarships for talented McKinney area youth involved in classical ballet.
