  1. Dinosaurs Live! at The Heard

    September 1, 2018 - February 18, 2019 @ Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary

    Encounter the 46-foot T-Rex and nine new life-size animatronic dinosaurs along the Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary’s nature trails at the 13th annual Dinosaurs Live! Life-size Animatronic Dinosaurs exhibit. The exhibit always gives families and friends a fun, educational activity to enjoy together. See the dinosaurs move and hear them roar! Photo op and play area dinosaurs will be available as well. This year, the exhibit also features an outdoor fossil dig. The dinosaur trail is jogging stroller friendly (it is not suitable for strollers with small wheels or wheelchairs).

  2. The McCraw Law Group Food Drive

    The McCraw Law Group is excited to support the Community Food Pantry of McKinney. The food collected through donations will benefit the hungry in McKinney. The food drive will begin on October 10th and end on November 15th. Donations of canned fruit will be accepted at 1504 1st Ave, McKinney, TX 75069. During most of the story times, a puppet, live animal or enrichment items will be included to enhance the experience. These programs should last approximately 30-45 minutes depending on the book covered.

  16. Nascency - Art Exhibit by Jesus F Moreno

    Jesús Moreno will be showing works from the “Figurative” and “Expressive” series, as well as, selective abstract pieces. Hoffmann tale Nussknacker und Mausekonig. This tale of mice, greed, and royalty, is told as a bedtime story and danced to the beautiful music of Tchaikovsky, Offenbach, and Herold. Krakatuk is a treat for the whole family, and a perfect ballet for anyone who has ever wondered why the Mouse King is after the Nutcracker, why the Sugar Plum Fairy knows the Nutcracker, and why Marie's (Clara’s) devotion sets him free.
