We are very excited to introduce you to The Neathery Estate, Historic Downtown McKinney's newest Bed and Breakfast.
A salt water pool, encapsulated by gardens and crowned with a southern back porch, you and your guests will be heading into the big day relaxed and ready to celebrate. Breakfast is served in our conservatory, cocooned with plants, starting your day with a peaceful zen. Our living room is lush, making it the perfect place to gather for movies, games, and memories.
The Elissa Suite is our featured bridal suite, and the crown jewel of the property. A hallmark of the suite is a get-ready-room, with plenty of space for your big day preparations and photos. Off the second floor suite is a traditional sleeping porch, where you can rest in the tree tops and ready for your event of a lifetime.
The Bridal Open House is designed for brides with wedding dates in 2018 and 2019. The open house will feature giveaways and special pricing packages.

The McKinney-area community of Trinity Falls is letting the good times roll this spring with heaping buckets of crawfish and plenty of family fun during the Trinity Falls Crawfish Boil on the Rue 3-7 p.m. Saturday, March 24.
Eventgoers can catch shuttle buses at The Club, 7801 Trinity Falls Parkway, to the venue at Trinity Falls new model home park, where they can feast on crawfish and traditional sides. Festivities include live entertainment, a zip line, zorb balls and other children’s activities staged “on the Rue” near the model homes. Plus, those who visit four models will have a chance to win a “Cajun Country Adventure,” a package that delivers an authentic Cajun experience that includes swamp tours, private seafood boil and more. Admission to the crawfish boil is $1 per person, which will be donated to the North Texas Food Bank. Every dollar donated to the food bank provides three meals to local North Texas families.

Eddie will tell stories from his over 35 years in rock radio and television, as well as host a Question and Answer session, and take questions from the audience for his famous "Stump The Trunk!" segment from his hit VH1 Classic show "That Metal Show".
